*PEAK SEASON: is Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day & during winter break (the last two weeks of December.)
**HOLIDAYS: require a three night stay. This includes all Monday holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years. We don't allow check in/check out on some holiday days. Please call to verify your dates.
ADDITIONAL FEES: There are no additional per person charges they are included in the above prices. The only additional fees are a refundable $100 security deposit plus the sales and lodging tax. However, any additional damages, any missing items, and late departures not pre-arranged will be an extra fee.
SINGLE NIGHT STAYS: Please call or e-mail to check for possible "last minute" single night availability between other bookins, or non-peak week nights.
